- Click “Search” on the top bar.
- Select “Task List” or “Archive” depending on the status of the task you want to search for.
- There are three ways you can apply to search for the task:
Method 1: Search by Document Name
- It’s a default search setting. You could also select “Document” from the search settings if you are switching from another search setting.
- Type in the document title, or any keyword in the document title in the search tab.
- Set a time period and click search.
- The document with the matched input will be displayed in the result.
Method 2: Search by Signer
- Select “Signer” from the search settings.
- Type in the signer’s name that was assigned to the document in the search tab.
- Set a time period and click search.
- The document with the corresponding signer name will be displayed in the result.
Method 3: Search by Field Search Key
- Select “Field Search Key” from the search settings.
- Type in the “key” of the field in the search box, which is the keyword given by the task owner in this task’s advanced field properties settings (To learn more about how to set the field key in creating a task, please visit: How to Set a Field Search Key?).
- Type in the “value” of the field you want to search, which is the value entered by the signer in that particular field.
- Set a time period and click search.
- The document with the corresponding field key will be displayed in the result.
*Note: The Field Search Key feature is only available when you request others’ signatures (sent via Get Signature mode). It is not available when you sign the task yourself (Sign Yourself mode) nor when requesting face-to-face (signed via the Front Desk Signing mode).
