When the task you are assigned involves a checking process and it has been returned by the checker, you will receive an email notification of this returned task. You can edit the document via the link and resend it to the checker once it is ready. Please see the below steps to revise the document.

- Enter the task via the link.
- Click “Close” after viewing the message from your checker.
- Make changes to the content accordingly.
- Click “Finish”.
- Click “Confirm” to complete the revising.
- You will see your task status is now “Pending”.
- Wait patiently for the checker to approve the signing. Edit the content accordingly or proceed to the task’s final confirmation after the checker finishes checking.

How to Proceed Final Confirmation after Checker’s Approval as Signer
Once the document has been checked and approved by the checker, you will receive a “Passed the Check” email. You will need to confirm the check and complete the task or send your task to the next signer by doing the following:
- Enter the task via the link.
- Click “Finish”.
- Click “Confirm” to complete the task.
*Note:
- This will only be applicable if the task requires the signer’s final confirmation from the sender.
- If the signer’s final confirmation is required, the last confirmation will be recorded as the timestamp in the audit trail.
