When creating a signing task, you can set document viewing permissions for each recipient to ensure that signers or CC recipients can only view the documents they are authorized to access. Once the task is completed, the recipient will only receive the relevant documents.
For instance, if you're managing a project that requires signatures from department heads, you can set document viewing permissions. This ensures that each individual only sees the documents pertinent to their role, reducing the risk of information leakage or confusion. Consequently, once the task is completed, each recipient will receive only the documents they need, enhancing both the efficiency and security of document management.

- Click "View" under "Document Viewing Permissions" to enter the document permissions page.
- On the document permissions page, you can manage the viewing permissions for each recipient. A "grey checkbox" indicates that the signer must have permission to view the document, while a "blue checkbox" allows you to adjust the viewing permissions freely.
Notes:
- If the document is not selected, the signer will not receive it upon task completion.
- Every recipient should have access to at least one document.
-
The following viewing permissions will be automatically applied and locked if the signer:
- is also the task owner

icon.
