Thank you for your continued support of DottedSign. Your trust is essential to our growth and success. To serve your eSignature needs more flexibly and improve the sustainability of our product, we are announcing a major change to our Business plan subscription model. Starting from April 21st, 2025, the Business plan will no longer limit the number of team members and will be adjusted from the current “per person” pricing model to a “per task” model.
Break Boundaries with Our New Business Plan:
- Unlimited team members: No matter the size of your team, you can easily add team members without worrying about the limit.
- Unlimited templates: You can create an unlimited number of templates to design your business documents as you like to meet various business needs and improve work efficiency.
- Unlimited public forms: Unlimited public forms allow you to easily create documents for public signing, saving labor costs and making business operations more convenient.
- No additional fees for API: Depending on the number of tasks you subscribe to, you can use the API to connect to your company system and initiate signing requests at no extra cost.
Subscription Model for New Business Plan

Annual Subscription:
- Minimum number of tasks for subscription: 100 tasks, USD 200 per year.
- Task quantity tiers: In multiple of 100 tasks. For pricing details, please refer to “Volume Discount Price”.
- Add-on task purchase during subscription: In multiple of 10 tasks up to 100 tasks, with each task priced at USD 2. For purchases exceeding 100 tasks, increments are set at 100 tasks. For pricing details, please refer to “Volume Discount Price”.

Volume Discount Price:
- For 200 to 500 tasks, USD 1.70 per task. For example, a subscription for 200 tasks is USD 340 per year.
- For 600 or more document tasks, please purchase our Enterprise plan. Contact our sales team for an exclusive pricing offer.

Definition of Signature Task: A signature task is counted when a team user (regardless of role) completes an action using the web version, mobile app (Android / iOS), third-party integrations, or API. Task counting varies based on the signing mode, including:
- Completed Self-Signing tasks
- Sent (non-draft) Get Signature tasks, including Bulk Send
- Completed Front Desk Signing tasks
- Completed Public Form tasks, meaning all signers have finished signing
- Note: All tasks are counted as team tasks, which are initiated by any team member whose team status is active.
- Example of Document Task Usage: You have subscribed to 100 DottedSign tasks per year. During the subscription period, you have sent 20 tasks via Get Signature, sent 10 tasks via Bulk Send, and completed 5 tasks via Public Forms. Your total usage would be 35 tasks (20+10+5), and your remaining tasks usage will be 65 tasks (100-35) for the rest of your subscription.
Impact on Current Subscribers - Business plan
- Starting from April 21st, 2025, you can switch your subscription from the current plan (“per person” model ) to the new Business plan (“per task”) at any time.
- Starting from April 21st, 2026, the current plan will no longer be available for auto-renewal.
- If your subscription expires before April 20th, 2026, the current Business plan will be automatically renewed.
- If your subscription expires after April 21st, 2026, the current Business plan will not be automatically renewed. If you have not switched to the new Business plan, your plan will change to the Free plan. The possible impact is as follows:
- Your team data will be retained, but all related pending documents will not be able to be signed. Please subscribe to the new Business plan to restore your team account.
- If you deactivate your team, all data created during the team period cannot be retained and will be irretrievable.
- The current Business plan will be officially discontinued after April 21st, 2027, and service will no longer be available.
Impact on Current Subscription – Pro & Enterprise Plan
- Pro plan users: Your subscription will remain unchanged. No action is needed.
- Enterprise plan users: Please refer to this announcement for details. For more information, please contact your account manager.
