Senders can assign Checkers to ensure content accuracy. If the task is rejected, signature fields are cleared while other data remains for correction. The Signer can then review feedback, update the fields, and resubmit. Once all fields are approved, the task automatically proceeds to the next stage.
- In a returned task, the system will automatically clear all Signature Fields, while other data fields will retain their original content. A red rejection mark 🚫 indicates that the field has failed.
- Modify the fields based on the Checker's feedback and re-sign, then click "Finish".
- Click "Confirm" to resubmit the signing task.
Note: If the Sender has enabled the "Signer Final Confirmation" mechanism, you must give final confirmation once the check has passed. Please be aware that your previously entered data is locked. The checking process is officially finalized only after your confirmation and submission.
