We will use this time to enhance our security practices and encryption measures for our service.

During this maintenance window, system errors may occur at DottedSign. We suggest not accessing the service during this time period. Everything will resume immediately when the maintenance is complete.
Impacts on our customers during the maintenance window:
- Member (Kdan ID) sign in and cloud services will not be available on all apps and websites, including Android app, iOS app and web.

- Users will be temporarily logged out from apps or services
- DottedSign signing tasks and links will be temporarily inaccessible until the maintenance is completed
- Operational and email marketing campaign emails will be delayed
The following services will remain functional:
- Files, projects, and signing tasks saved or created before the maintenance will not be affected
