The Admin Console provides a central location of team management and organization branding, empowering you to deploy an efficient workflow in your company.
To remove member(s) from your team, the admin will need to confirm if the member has activated the license successfully and then go to the following locations to remove the member(s).
1.1 If the invitee has activated the member license: Go to Kdan Admin Center and click “Assigned” to identify the member.
1.2 Select the account email and click “Remove”.
2.1 If the invitee has not yet activated the member license: Go to Kdan Admin Center and click “Waiting for confirmation” to identify the user.
2.2 Select the email, and click “Remove".
3. The user removed will receive a notification email from DottedSign. The member will not be able to access the premium service from the Plan.
