Notice: Starting from February 29th, 2024, the DottedSign Apps no longer support the Timeline feature. However, this does not impact the way users monitor task statuses via search or associated functionalities.
Timeline helps you track the tasks created or signed by you, providing clarity to the task progress in a chronological order.
Under Timeline, there are three kinds of status, including “Draft”, “Waiting”, and “Completed”. When the status of a task has been changed, the modified date and the person who's made the change to the task will be displayed in the timeline.
Follow the steps below to learn more what you can do with Timeline.
1. Go to DottedSign, click Timeline and you can all activities have been listed in a chronological order, including the task name, signers and the modified date.
2. You can now view the historical changes made to the documents. Tap the document to view the full content.
3. Click the "More" icon (3 dots) to view the signer status and the audit trail. You can share the document link if this task was created by you and have involved other signers. You may also download the document from here. The digital copy of the audit trail is also available to download once the task is completed.
