During this maintenance window, DottedSign services will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. Everything will resume immediately when the maintenance is complete.
Impacts on our customers during the maintenance window:
- DottedSign services will not be available on all apps and websites, including the Android app, the iOS app and web.
- Signing tasks and links will be temporarily inaccessible until the maintenance is complete.
- If you have documents that are in the process of editing, please save them in "Drafts" before the maintenance starts. You can proceed the work once the maintenance is complete.
